Our Return Promise
At Pro Racquet Shop, we stand behind our racquets, shoes, and accessories like we stand behind our service. You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for most items (see exceptions below).
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Racquet returns must include the original protective cover.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Nashville facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection & Processing: We’ll inspect items upon arrival and process your refund/exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges ship free.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure fair play for all customers, these items cannot be returned:
- Socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Used Footwear (must be in unworn condition with original packaging)
- Custom String Jobs (racquets with custom stringing services)
- Clearance Items (marked as final sale)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your racquet arrives with a cracked frame or shoes have manufacturing defects, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedited replacement.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will exclude original shipping charges
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
