Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most countries (excluding some remote areas in Asia). Our Nashville warehouse serves players across the globe with two reliable shipping options.

How long does order processing take?
Most orders ship from our Nashville warehouse within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your gear is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact us first at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Are your shoes suitable for multiple racquet sports?
